Between July 8th and the 12th or somewhere around those dates I was trained by a regional manager By the name of Brad Sloop who told me to mail my required documents such as application & W2's To Hessler Worldwide attention to his manager joe @4625 Rainer Ave NW. Massillion, Oh 44646 Phone: 303 209-1923. The Hessler Worldwide Corporate is in St. Louis. I worked with Brad for 5 days Setting up demo's lifting and stacking knife boxes, learning the company script, cleaning up tomatoe juice And wet counters &knives. Brad explained to me how I would receive a base pay of $300 which Was in the compensation agreement or commission whichever was greater. Well due to transportation problems Brad called & told me he would not be able to have me continue working until I got my transportation Straightened out and that he Would be more than happy to work with me in the near future and that I would receive my base pay for the 5 days which we're wed, thurs, fri, sat, and sun and because I required a paper check insted of direct deposit, I allowed 3-4 additional days to receive it.

Well after about 10 days I called. Brad @ 708 829-3628 and he told me " Did you send your paper work into my boss joe at the Ohio address? I said yes, I sent the forms in on the same day we first met up at sam's club. He Then Told me to call the office, I called the office and asked to speak with the accounting dept and the gentleman on the other end seemed To block me right off the bat. Instead of transferring me in a professional manner he start asking me right away What is this all about, what's your name, what city did you work? Oh yeah I'm familiar with your name ,your up in the wisconsin area right ? Well you need to call your regional manager Brad and he'll take care of you? What? Are you kidding me ? I call back Brad the regional midwest manager and ask him again about my pay and he said's you need to call Hessler because I'm not the one to pay you? I then tell Brad excuse me but Hessler just told me to contact you ? I'm now geting the run around. Brad then tells me not to worry The checks will go out on Friday, I wait 1 full week and I get no check whatsoever, nothing. I cal Brad and He then goes on to say that "oh you came right in the middle of a pay period, thats what delayed your check The company will be sending out checks on Friday and you should get it. Well Friday came &went and no check its been 3 weeks going on 4, I called Brad Sloop like 30x's with no answer.

I am so frustrated, hurt and disapointed, because I trusted Brad and the Hessler Worldwide,I thought because they contracted with Sam's Club and BJ's on a nationwide basis. I don't think Sam's Club even realizes the company conducts Such shaddy behavior. Sam's Club is in the blind, The Consumers are in the blind and prospective sales reps- Demonstrators are in the blind. All I want is the $300 base pay that I worked for. I drove to Sam's Club for 5 days, I barley even had gas to get there and had to borrow $5 to get gas from Brad. I hope others will do Their research on this company before doing demos. Hope This helps others from getting riped off by this unscruplous company.

Hessler worldwide paid me for my work

I would like to let it be known that Hessler worldwide made good on its contract and paid me on August 10th One day after I filed the complaint. I would never had filed if it was sent out in a timely manner, and then When I called the regional midwest manager Brad like some 30 x's and no one would answer his cell phone Where as before he would answer right away or return my call and when neither happened after waiting almost 3 and a half weeks to receive my check? Well the logic for most when dealing with a out a state company Who you don't know much about, would be to panic and assume your not going to get paid. This could have simply been handled in a quick and efficient manner,by just answering and letting me know its in the mail and you should receive it on Friday and I would have simply delayed filing a complaint. But again I do want to thank the Hessler Worlwide for sending my paycheck and I wish your company continued success.
