Hahn Medical Practices, Hardy County Medical of WV refuse to respond to false patient billing
Shocked by reports of collection/bad debt on credit reports, people including yours truly, have been writing, phoning and personally visiting the offices of Hahn Medical Services in Moorefield WV.
It seems as though no signatures are on file, or any personal patient information that proves the so called patient visits.
Yes, the offices have insurance card information. But once you have ever given that up, it is in your record forever. Easily abused and misused, apparently.
So how is that the office billing department never contacted anyone?
No, wait, they did contact HUDSON and KEYES. A very, very aggressive agency who barely, just barely meet the legal requirements on no harrassment!
If there is doubt, should not a discussion at least be warranted?
Let's face it, when some people were even out of the state, and have proof, should not this be a red flag to these individuals?
What gives? Maybe the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER of WV can tell us.

I really can't believe that youre website posted that last mis-information about a very reputable Medical Office. Seems to me that it was a CLEAR simple case of someone did not pay there bill. First time you don't pay friendly reminder, twice, a little more to the point, third time pay your bill or your turned over to collection. Phone calls are made to every patient that is behind on there medical bills. Simple services rendered payment expected. You don't go to the Store and not pay for your groceries why is the doctor any different?
