I purchased $700 of guitar pedals from Guitar Center online on June 4th, 2017.  As of this date, 7-27-17, I have received one of the four (4) items I ordered and have not received the other 3 items with sworth $500.  

I contacted Guitar Center five (5) weeks ago, yes five weeks.  They told me UPS says the packages were left at the front door.  I informed them that I only received one item and the rest were not at my door. Guitar Center told me they needed to open a "trace" with UPS.  This is a code word for "we are going to try and wear you out over time".  So, UPS contacts me eventually, and I tell the elderly lady on the phone that I did not receive the items, with the exception of the one I did receive.  Another week and half goes by, still no word from Guitar Center.  I call back and the guy on the phone says that UPS confirmed they were delivered and that I confirmed that as well.  I say, "Whoa, thats NOT what happened" and continue to tell my story to this guy.  Then he says there's nothing he can do.  

I ask to speak to a supervisor.  This guy starts telling me that there is no supervisor and he's the guy.  I say put a supervisor on the phone now, or refund me my money, as I am not going away.  Eventually he does and this guy is a worthless as the last, telling me they need to open another trace, etc.., etc.  

My argument here is that I did not purchase the goods from UPS, nor is UPS my problem.  I bought from Guitar Center and expect to receive what I paid for from Guitar Center, they can deal with UPS all they want but I paid for goods I have not received.  No success, and I'm startinng to lose my patience.  It;s now been 7 weeks since I ordered the pedals and Guitar Center will not refund me my money for what I never received.  As a consumer I find this 100% UNACCEPTABLE.  I have literally spent over $8,000.00 with Guitar Center over the last 10 years and now they have lost a customer.  The worst part is that they don't care.  Do not give your money away.  

DO NOT BUY FROM GUITAR CENTER.  There are plenty of other online music equipoment dealers that will actually deliver the goods that they sell you.
