Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This arch support system is a very over-priced scam. The employees are pleasant on your first visit, upselling the entire time, constantly telling you that they will keep working with you, which is a total lie. I returned several times over several weeks on the advice of their supposed store experts who could not determine the correct size of my foot, trying multiple lengths of inserts, none of which worked. I was then told 'oh well' and treated as if I was the most uncooperative customer since I wouldn't suffer through several weeks of debilitating, very painful use before returning to try another size again and again.

I went through 4 different sizes! I was not allowed to speak to owner, and store manager pretended to call owner from the back room, and then tell me that owner refused to help in any way or offer a refund. I have never had such poor customer service, and with such disdain. None of the employees use this product, and yet feel cocky enough to tell me that I was the problem because I wouldn't 'persevere' through weeks of ongoing, increasing pain. I was literally walking like a complete cripple.

I carried all three different strengthes with me every day, as instructed, changing through out the day as instructed, trying to endure the inconvenience as well as the uncomfortable and constant ache in my feet, all with the idea that my feet needed to adjust. I tried every combination of size, timing, and changes thru the day that was suggested, and at no time was I not in extreme pain. Every time i returned to store I was told to give it more time or they would change the size, and I would start the process over again.

They refused to accept a return or give a refund, in spite of any promises of a three month trial. I fought this issue through 2 years of credit card disputes before they accepted my request for a credit correction. And even then, although I was no longer responsible for the exhoribant cost, this silly company would not accept my offer to return the product to this location. This product has NOT been used, and sits in my closet gathering dust. I have found several other arch supports both in WalMart and online that have worked very well, at less than 5% of the cost of these $1000 inserts.
