on 2/27/06 i ordered the ggw videos 2-for $9.99 + $6.95 s&h.i still have not recieved those videos so i kept calling the company because i was charged 4 express 3-4 day delivery.

on 3/3/06 i called the ggw company again,no videos.they told me the had been shipped if i didn't get them monday 3/6/06 call back so i called back still no videos.the represenitive i talked to told me they had not been shipped and they would refund the express shipping fee to my card!(he called me back from #1-310-

then i told him i wanted to make sure that his company did not send me any more videos because i did not want to be billed for any thing else!he was trying to offer me more videos at a discounted price and i kept repeatedly telling him no i didn't want any other offers except the one i already ordered.

another person came on the line tried to market to me i said NO i want every thing cancled i do not want ggw to send me any more videos my husband already has a lot of the he bought at the movie store.they said again you can get 18 videos for $12 each and we will bill you $245.90 i ask them if they were crazy i said i wouldn't pay $245.00 for every dirty movie made!!!

then finally they said my membership was cancled and i would not be billed any futher from ggw video and the $6.95 express shipping fee would be credited back to my card.i said o.k. thank you hung up.

on 3/7/06 my husband went to the atm when he brought back the reciept i seen that almost $250.00 was missing so i called my bank and ggw videos went ahead and fraudulently billed $245.90 to my card so i called ggw i spoke to mario who called their warehouse and said nothing had been shipped to me yet then i told him that his company billed my card $245.90 and it was not authorized my me i never ordered anything except their $9.99 special on tv.

he told me to hold on he would get his manager a mr.dimingo got on the phone i explained the same thing to him he was trying to make me take the order i told him no repeatedly then i said see this is the problem you people dont listen.the mr dimingo tried to lie to me and say they had already shipped the package of 18 videos and i told him he was lying because i had them check before i told them why i was calling.

i then told him that i contacted the fraud unit at my bank i did not authorize his company to withdraw that money i wanted my money put back on my card because was fraud.he said i not going to go chase our truck down to stop them from being shipped to you.when you get them then send them back less s&h fax me something from the post office proveing that you shipped them back them when we get them i'll see about refunding your money.

i ask why should i have to do all of that when the odred hasent even been processed you can just cancle it because i didn't order it!why should i be out s&h fees for something i didnt order i didnt authorize? mr dimingo said let me do some checking and i'll call you back.he never did.i called back 3 times that day a frank rizzo kept taking the call kept getting smart saying when mr.dimingo gets done investagating he will call you back mrs pounds i said i want to know how long it takes him to call the warehouse to stop those videos from being shipped that i didn't order and put back my $245.90 you people stole off my card?

mr.rizzo said give me your phone# he will call you -you dont have to keep calling! i said i'm going to keep calling him 5 times a day till he refunds the money your company stole!!!

still no response or return calls or most importantly my money!
