I am an ex employee of Telatron Marketing Group (814-868-4824) in Erie, PA. They are the company that primary handles the customer service for GE CCC Co. Also known as Monogram Bank. The supervisors are extremely rude to customers and will intentionaly make a customer who calls in and requests to speak with a supervisor to wait a long time. I have been told by a supervisor before to put a customer on hold while they were waiting to talk to the supervisor bc the super had to go take a smoke break. Yes their late fees are bogus. We were told the company does indeed hold the checks for up to a week before opening posting them. Also, Not being able to make a phone payment unless you beg, only but 1 time per year. WHy, so you have to mail it and get a late fee! The company rep told us they depend on the revenue from the late fees.
