I am a young girl who recently got her new phone. I was supposed to have new ringtones added to it, but it slipped the service clerk's mind. So, eager and impatient like many teens, I went to go look for other ways to get them.

First, I went to my carrier's website to get them, but the amount my mother was allowing me to spend was below the minimum balance that the site would allow. So, I went and searched on google for ringtones supported by my carrier, MetroPCS. Soon, a website named Funtonia.com popped up. Intrigued, I clicked on the link.

After looking through the site, I decided to register and the price was really cheap. I approached my mother about it, and I don't know if it was because she was tired or liked the sound of it, she agreed and handed me he credit card. I finished registering and downloaded my ringtone. Unfortunatly, my cell phone is not WAP enabled and I could not go through with the other options, so I decided to cancel it. So the next day, I searched extensively for some way to cancel my subscription, but found nothing. I sent out an e-mail, but have yet to get a response.

And here is where the real trouble begins. Today my mother calls me and tells me that the company has charged her nearly $30.00 for a service that I cannot even use, and she is afraid that it will happen again. Now, my mother is EXTREMELY upset with me, and I doubt she will even let me look at her cards, let alone use them. And now I feel awful, because if this incident were to ruin her credit, it would be on my conscience. So thank you, Funtonia.com, for upsetting the once peaceful balance that was in my home. Hope you are proud of yourselfs.
