Freedompop Charged account failed refund after cancellation MI
I tried to change my plan to the free plan, however FreedomPop did not accept the change. Freedompop then charged my PayPal for the full $71, I canceled my association with freedom pop and tried to resolve the issue through PayPal. Paypal closed out the issue after Freedompop acknowledging my tremanation.
Freedompop pop has not refunded the $71 to PayPal. After several attempt at contacting Freedompop and getting either nowhere or hung up on. I have no other recourse but to file this report I. Hopes that no one falls for this trap.
