I have called my Debit Card company, and was given the phone number of the Free Lotto company which has been taking $19.99 ea. mo. from my Debit Card without any authorization (after one month) to do so. I got a "temporarily disconnected" recording when I called the (area code 212) phone number given to me over the phone by my debit card company. Therefore I was unable to cancel the $19.99 deduction each month, on the 4th, from my debit card. I also received Dispute papers in the mail from my debit card co. to fill out, sign and return, which I did a month or two ago. I also have now received a a further letter from my dir. dep. Debit Card Co. which states that "the Dispute Resolution Department as completed the investigation of your dispute dated 11/18/2015 in the amount of $119.94...The results of our investigation could not find where an error has ocurred. Therefore, no adjustment can be made to your Card account for the amount in question..."

I am trying to resolve a dispute and to cancel a transaction that is unauthorized, being deducted from my Deibt card each and every month, now six (6) months running, @ $19.99 ea. mo., on the 4th, for a total of $119.94 so far.

I have been unable to get these amounts added back onto my Debit Card (cash money).  After calling my Debit Card co., filling out papers sent to me by same, and signing them, and returning them over a month ago, and following their instructions carefully, I find that the same amount, $19.99, is still being deducted on the 4th of ea. mo. from my Debit card, which automatically reloads with a large direct deposit -- of my own money!

Again, I tried calling the phone number (area code 212) given to me over the phone by my debit card co., for the Free Lotto company, which I was instructed to do, in order to cancel this transaction, once and for all, with the company that was making this deduction.

However, for two or three months running or more, I got a recording at this Free Lotto telephone number which stated that the Free Lotto telephone number is "temporarily disconnected."

So far, I have still been unable to get this $19.99 deduction cancelled and also added back onto my Debit Card, with a grand total to date of $119.94, over six (6) months, taken off my own Debit card.

I do know of several remedies, however, a few of which I have already put in place.  One was changing my PIN number.  Another is cancelling my Card in plenty of time for my next direct deposit, and getting a new one with a different Card number.  However, I understand that the balance, etc., automatically switches over onto a new Card!  Additionally, to take one's money off one's card, even paying the ATM or other fees to do this, will prevent anyone or company from taking the deduction from one's own Card.

I believe this is a genuine Internet Lottery sam and fraud.  The disconnection of the Free Lotto phone number; and the gross misuse of the Cards, numbers, names, and other information which many computer "hackers" are privy to, plus my other terrible experiences with bankers, hotel desk clerks, check launderers, embezzlers, cheaters, frauds, liars, thieves, and other falsities "painful to behold" would do out of business, as many have been, financially or physically, before they hang in Federal prison.
