Five Brothers Automotive Mustapha Tashtanov Five Brothers automotive was paid $6942.10 to replace my Porsche Carrera 911 top and paint my car. they put an after market top on my car instead and did not paint my car properly. Now this entire job needs to be redone. I am having a difficult time getting the money back so Porsche can replace the top and liner and fix the messed up paint job Roswell Georgia
Five Brothers Automotive was to paint may. Porshe 911 Carerra, my insurance sent a check for $6942.10 to have my car painted and they were to give me back the remaining funds to have the wheels refurbished and the Porsche convertible top replaced Since he asked me to sign the check over and he would make deposit and give me the remaining monies after he painted the car So I can take to get other repairs completed.
i came too check on my car norther about a week and noticed they had not painted my car the right color nor correctly,it had bubbles and waves in the paint. I was livid. They said they were going to have it right but they needed a couple more weeks. A couple weeks later they said it was ready. I told them I was going to pick it up and the monies owed. They said they sent it out to have the top installed, I asked wiho will install the top and as long as it's the same Porshe top.
The car came back and I notiwaste top was loose and was still not correct, and the waves and Stillwater still in the paint. I was livid because I had called several times to find out which upholstery shop if not porsche was replacing top and they would not tell me, they kept saying I will call you back but they never did. After 5 weeks I told them I was picking up my car and they said to pick it up the next week because they were making sure it was right.
I came to pick my car up and the paint job was still messed up. they said can you bring it back in a week because it has not been hot enough for the paint. The top was still loose so i asked why, they said the sun needed to tighten it.
i asked to see the receipt but they gave me the run around and said they will have it for me when I got back.
my insurance adjuster asked for the invoices for the top and the liner that they would have had to order only from porsch but they e would not produce it.
i took my car and the following day it was raining really hard, then it started raining in my car I was livid so I stopped by porsch to inquire about the top, they assured me it was definitely not a porsch top. I called Five Brothers and told them I was on my way there and they were going to refund me every dime back so I can take my car to have the top replaced and paint jcomply recited by porsche and wheat eveda other damage that was caused by it raining Jin my car, my carpet anspeak refers got soaking wet.
i have been trying to get my monies refunded and this bootleg company is giving me the run around so they can keep the money. They said they pare offering to correct the top and paint, but I would never let them touch my car again, the bottom linties they had the nerves to put an aftermarket top on my car when they were paid for an original porsche top!!
