First Premier Bank ripoff swindlers Sioux Falls South Dakota
First Premier offers credit cards to consumers however, what they neglect to tell everyone is that once you have been approved,half of your credit limit has been exhausted due to their fees.
I applied online and the fees were not disclosed, after speaking to a rep in customer service I was advised to print and submit the web page were I applied and after review I would be credited.
Needless to say this did not happen. I obtained a fax number and name to submit my info to. I did this the very next business day, and I am still paying their processing fees.

OR if you cannot see these on the page, do not apply - it can be a scam. Go back to any First Premier Bank on-line application page. ABOVE the application there is a link to: "Fees and Disclosures". You can read all the fees in the first 4 lines. When you got the card, you got these terms in printed form - and you still had 30 days to get refund. Refund Disclosure: Your Annual, Program, Account Set-Up, monthly Participation and Additional Card Fee are membership fees for truth in lending purposes. When your Account is approved, you will be sent a cardholder contract containing all of the terms applicable to your Account. If you elect to close your Account(s) within 30 days of receiving your cardholder contract and before you make any additional charges to the card, the Annual Fee, Account Set-Up Fee, Program Fee, monthly Participation Fee and Additional Card Fee (if applicable) will be refunded to you. After this 30-day period these fees are no longer refundable and you are responsible for the account.
