first premier bank gave me a card without mentioning the 178 start up cost I wouldn't have agreed to that Sioux Falls South Dakota
I received an offer in the mail. I read all the small print and decided to apply. I receive the card and a bill for 178.00.
I would never have agreed to that. Now I don't know if I have never used the card am I liable. Can I just send all the info back with a notarized letter. I would send it by registered to get a signature.

First Premier is far from cooperative and will try to tell you that you CAN'T cancel or you CAN cancel, as soon as you pay off the $178 or whatever they charge on some of their cards. Just to warn you, they do not always accept certified mail. My husband sent them something from our bank regarding a battle we are currently having with them and they refused it.
Stay as far away from those people as you can. They will try to milk you dry.
