This company debited from my checking account on June 12,2002 the sum of $199.00 for 2(two) credits cards.They gave me a membership pin #3636 and a phone number which is 4164884664.First Capital send me some juck mail i return it and paid the post office money so i will no when they receive the package back.
i call that number more than 30 times just answer machine and still no return call or nothing i left many message i want my money back in my account .Never heard nothing from them at all.Please help me get my refund back.
