The Fibroid Miracles website has posted testimonials for their fibroids solution e-book with pictures of the person supposedly giving the testimonial.
However, I found that for at least 2 of the testimonials, there is another e-book about how to cure hidradenitis suppurativa where they also have testimonials, but their names and locations are completely different.
These companies find pics of real people on the internet and then use them to create fake testimonials. Here are a few examples:
