Wesley Chapel,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds
Tue, June 23, 2009
This is RJ Trejbrowski, responding to aforementioned report authored by Mr. Jack Thorsen of Orlando Fl. The content of my rebuttal has not been sanctioned by the Ferman Automotive Group. These are solely my comments. The reputation of the Ferman Automotive Group needs no refutation. This company has ethically served central Florida for over 100 years. Mr. Thorsen, I personally don't stereotype anyone. Though I realize this does occur when referring to this industry, I personally do not engage in any unethical behavior in this, the industry that takes care of my family. Ferman has the same principles, which is why I work for them. In regards to your unpleasent experience, yes you did contact me through one of the many online venues I direct in Internet Sales. At that time, an online check, and verbal acknowledgement from the building manager, confirmed the vehicle was here. It was obviously a good deal, and a sought after vehicle, or you would'nt have had to drive two hours from your own metro area to find one. The vehicle sold before you arrived sales records testify to this, and there was no monies to hold the vehicle. As far as your "bait and switch," do you blame a salesperson for offering to see if you might be interested in a comparable vehicle? Unfortunatly, I was not available immediatly after your abrupt departure. I tried to contact you to offer an apology when I discoverd the situation, even though though the content of your messages made it hard to do so. I am sorry for your inconvience.
