Fed Ex is a rip off
Fed Ex is a rip off,I sent a package to NC, expecting it to have been delivered as promised.It took the package three days to reach it's destination. I was told I would receive a refund:However, the money was never returned to me because they had delivered to the wrong address.
The rep told me that the person tha that had tried to delivered it wasn't the regular driver.I had asked her what time did the regular driver received it.She told, me. I told her that was impossible because the regular driver had called me for direction
to this home.
I filed a complaint with the company and they e mailed me back and asked for my tracking number.I gave it to them and haven't heard nothing else from them.This was two month ago.
It's not about the money. They company is dishonest.I could have used a thirty four cent stamp if it wasn't important. They can keep the stinking money. I will never use their services
again and will discourage friends and family from being ripped off by this company.
