UPS (United Parcel Service) UPS or United Parcel Service We shipped an item on UPS . It was a transfer case from a 2005 VW Toureg (very expensive) that weighed 120 pounds and is large. On the 4th delivery attempt the item mysteriously disappeared from the actual box. We fully insured the item with UPS. UPS has refused our claim saying it was improperly packaged when it wasnt.
