Fairbank Capitol Corp They purchase my mortgage and send me a letter that they were the new bank that had my mortgage but I Never received a letter for nations credit origional bank Salt Lake City Utah
I received a letter from fairbanks capitol corp stating they had purchase my mortgage and they were the new loan carrier, but i never received a letter or notice from Nation credits who according to my understand they were to notify me that the mortgage had been sold according to the law.
I went ahead and made payment arrangement with fairbanks to settle the debt and they agreed to tag the pass due payment to the rear of loan and for me to pay 900.00 a month and so a creditor by the Name of Felicia fax me a copy of the agreement which i still have and the pmt had been lower to 600.00 so i quick collect to her the 600.00 dollar and each month i was to pay this amt. by a due date listed on the contract faxed, after 3 payment they sent my check back and stated i defaulted on the agreement,(i still have letter and checks), didn't know what to do at that point. but i found out i was not to make an agreement with them if i had not received anything from Nation Credit stating that they were the new loan services.
They attempted to sell my property on the court house step on July 1,2003 with no further notice. They took my home wrongfully and i want it back free and clear, paid in full because of negelance. I could be wrong but I believe they broke the state law governing home owner vs bank mortgages. I dont know a lot about this but I am having a lawer look into this fraud. Even if i was late in my payment there are legal procedures for reprocession or foreclosures. please help!!!!!.
Everything is still in my name because i check as of 10-09-2003.
