Fairbank Capitol ripoff victimized many consumers tricked and lied to us Jacksonville Florida
I am at my wits end with this company. Last September, due to financial trouble we were three months behind on our payments.
I called and talked to a rep. and they told me as long as I had July, August and September payment in by September 30th that there would be no problem.
