Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I travel a lot.  I have been all over the country on business, and I have never been to any business that was as full of scam artists as this Enterprise location.  While I was waiting in line, I heard them trying to pitch the "buy a whole tank of gas up front" thing to someone who you could tell did not own a car, and that should have been my first clue to go somewhere else.  The customer told them that he had to go over to Vancouver, WA and back (about 20 - 30 miles round trip), and the person at the counter told him that he would "absolutely use an entire tank of gas, maybe 2".  The customer asked how many gallons the car holds, and they said that they had no idea, but it was in his best interest to pay it.  How did the agent not know how many gallons it would hold, but he was willing to charge him based on how many gallons it would hold?  He fell for it.  I shake it off, get a car, go do my thing, fill up the tank close to the location (about 7 miles), and go to return it.  I did my usual "look, the tank is full" to the return agent, who agrees that it is full.  I get my receipt, shove it in my pocket and go get on my plane.  About an hour after landing, I get an email from my company for not filling up the rental car, so I took out the receipt and looked, and the return agent had charged me for two gallons.  What a scam!  Who knows how many people they have done this to and they never noticed!  This entire location is corrupt, and they gave me an overall bad impression of Portland, OR.  I have since boycotted Enterprise altogether.  They will never get my business again, even if they are the lowest price.  I am 32, and will probably have to travel for another 30 years for work, and a lifetime of vacations.  I hope that stealing less than $15 from me was worth losing all of those rentals.
