 EMSL DIRTY HANDS AND CRIMINAL ACTS !

I used to live in 1413 York Avenue, Apt # 4 from 1994 until 2009 when I saw my landlord is above the law and ignored 4 Courts’ Orders to fix the apartment for Carbon Monoxide (CO) and toxic gases.

 Starting with 2004 when the building was bought by Glencord Building Corp., very strange things happen in my apartment , and another apartments. Having suspicion that a camera was installed, I went at a spy store and I bought an instrument to scan for possible hidden camera.

 When I arrived at my stereo digital musical combine the instrument shoved me a possible camera. I took of the cover of my stereo machine, and bad surprise. I discovered a very fresh cream, white, no smelling. I took the stereo machine at Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack and nobody could tell me what was that cream but they told me definitely NOT A LUBRICANT, and they directed me to the Police.

 I went at Police, and they directed me to a laboratory. In this way I found WMSL Analytical , Inc. On February 13, 2009, I went with the machine there, and the EMSL gave me a 2 pages form to complete and told me will cost me around $ 70( EXHIBIT Pg. 1, 2).

 I asked the supervisor to give me some samples and he did. The next day I received a call from the EMSL where told me that they sent the machine in another state because they cannot determinate what toxic substances was. After a few days I called to ask about the result and payment. I was informed that the cost will be between $ 900-1,000. When I heard about this amount I requested back my stereo machine with the substances.

The EMSL refused since to return my personal staff. I sent many times faxes and I did calls all in VAIN. On Letter sent many times in (EXHIBIT PG. 3) On January 14, 2010 I sent the samples gave by EMSL to the Long Island Analytical Laboratories Inc. The laboratory called immediately, and asked me where I found that substances, because are  very toxic and I must underground 2m, everything. All substances were with flag ( EXHIBIT Pg. 4, 5, 6, 7)and Hexane, Butane and Cyclohexasiloxane ( EXHIBIT Pg. 8) in very huge amount.

That substances were capable to produce and Carbon Monoxide and toxic gases.

 Later, a 69 years old tenant who experienced the same problems as me was found dead. Me I arrived many times poisoned with Carbon Monoxide and toxic gases.

 It was impossible to stay more that 10-15 minutes with 2 masks on the face and all windows opened. I please you to start an investigation why EMSL refused to give me back my stereo machine.

 For sure EMSL knew that were very toxic substances in that white cream. The EMSL act demonstrate that they compelled with my ex landlord and his accomplices in criminal acts.

This is an organized crime as I informed the Office of the Inspector General ( EXHIBIT Pg. 9). I beg you please investigate this problem in the interest of entire people. Respectfully submitted,
