Elite paycheck plus Paycheck plus Charged service fees when I did not make fees. Also other lost money. Who the f knows Nationwide
I work at petco and you first have an option for a paycheck card. After a pay period or two, if you signed up for direct deposit it will change to that. I e kept my paycheck card for a person reasons. Over the past year I've like mostly change her and there. I have know idea why I didn't do something when it started happening , but I figured it was just change. then I started noticing a pattern. It was pretty much always .40. One time it was like 3.21 but I got paid the next day so I said F it. Long story short it happened again and I was like enough is enough. I need to get to the bottom of this. I called customer service which seems to be the only department. No one would let me speak to a manager or supervisor. They explained I was charged he .40 cause I went to an ATM to check my balance which they charged for. I had not been to the atm that day though. After I told them this simply wasn't true they gave the address for the atm I apparently went to. It was an ATM in California. I live in Kissimmee Florida. After explaining there was no way this could be happening and what they were planning on doing they explained they would reissue me a new card. Or to go to my employer to get a new one. I then asked how his would be possible. How could someone with my debit card go to and ATM and look up my balance? You need the card to put in the ATM for it to work. They had no answers. And didn't try to find any. I asked if I could possibly get back the .40 from the day before. The first person I spoke to said yes. They transferred me to a lady who eventually hung up on me. I called back and all the lady would say is you get charged a service for for checking your balance at an ATM. I said I know. I didn't. My card has been compromised and I would like the service fee back I had been charged since I didn't, nor would I ever check my balance at the ATM. You can check it on your phone to avoid the fee. I'm thinking they stole my money. I don't even know the actual name of their company. They would give me no info on them. This place needs to be shut down.
