I joined the Eharmony dating site. Paid my money to join yet have been unable to use the website. I have had multiple problems with my password and have to reset it every time I use the website. I get a new code from them but cannot change it to a new password if my own. 

I also have been unable to see the pictures if the matches they sent me. What good does this do me if I don't know what they look like. the website wants me to upgrade and pay more money to be able to see the pictures Of my matches. 

I am so very frustrated and have had no luck with customer service. They just send me a new password code. No one has ever acknowledged the other issue or get me any help. It has been a waste of my money.
