Duane Echols Steal $8000 Dallas Texas
Duane cried to me for help and wrote me 2 checks to hold until his electricians pension came in to pay me back. He basically took $8000 from me and the checks will not cash now and I'm trying to get him for criminal charges, and they say it is civil.
DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS CON MAN!
