DAMARK INTERNATIONAL prefered buyers ripoff HELP SELF -2-CREDIT CARD
I can only say one thing about a Company that adds you to their
Buyers Club even when you decline to join >*R I P-O F F *<
DAMARK INT. not only enroles you without your consent, They
elect theirselves as able to sign your name for Credit card
purchases.
For the last 3 years, they deducted money from my Charge Card
account. Each time the charge said (DMK Great Deal Pack). Wife
paid without question, thinking it was business software.
$69 , $99 ,$119 then $149.00 BOOM! SHE says (watsa software
istat ?) no mine, I say!
RESULTS : DAMARK prefered buyers club. BOOOO! 4 years , not
even a catalogue or pamplet.
DAMARK says they'll credit the $149.99 , but not the rest.
Thats theft of about $300.00 from my credit card (without
my consent).
DAMARK " I think A COURT CASE is in order " The more I think
about it , I'll spend $3000.00 to prove a point.
Wonder how many others have the **DAM ARK** has RIPPED -OFF.

I have had 2 statements of 265.00 on a Capital One C.C. When I called to ask what they were for, they said Damark.. I told them to remove them as I no longer do business with them and hadn,t for few years. They sell inferrior items and are over priced too. I am dying of a heart and brain disease, which now, am in last stages of Lupis..which I did not know either until July 17, 02. Anyhow, the only way to stop them, was pay the card off as they kept adding even though I had not used in in over 2 years.. I paid it off and cancelled it and evidently, May 21, 02 they tried to add 83.99 to it... Then last week, I received a letter from consumer affairs for this amount.. I turned it over to the Better Business Bureau.. After checking for an address for DAMARK.. GUESS WHAT ? It is the same as used for Consumer Affairs with a Post Office Box number.. I said no restitution was necessary, but now, maybe a law suit is the answer. Let them make restitution for stealing..And, suffer the consequences for it, just like you or I would have to face the sin.. God Bless You..
