this report is not done yet. you have not recived your money back after going around and around with the trasc who stole your money and gave you nothing but lies in return. your bank gave you your money back now instead of them oweing you theye owe the bank and because of people like this your cost of services at your bank will go up in order for the bank to retrive there losses and not just your services but everyone who banks at the same bank and many other banks across this country. so the fight for justice is not over yet this company and iv been to there web site and you are correct about the service terms its not posted and yet theye say that theye can help you download music leagly for no cost and that is a lie. if you download music without the permission of the copywright owner it is not leagle. and theye further say theye will help you burn that illeagle music and movies to cd. that company is in violation of many cyber laws and copywright laws. to my understanding thhe new cyber laws state if you use a computer to decive and steal from someone it is concidered a terroist act and they have commited this crime by deciving you into giving them your credit card info and then theye stole your money under false pretences that my friends is blunt deciet and theft and with those kind of people having your credit card info id cancel my card and keep a look out on my credit report for id theft. i wrote them a email and informed them of there blantent law breaking and gave them this web address so theye can see theye have been caught and reported and i belive someone should bring the hammer of the law down on them. and bring justice to the many others theye have riped off who were to embarresed to say annything about it theye need an audit done and should stand trial along side enron in the court of justice. and pay there dues.

After going round and round with the support staff of downloadsociety and listening to their preformatted answers I decided to contact my bank. I wanted to give downloadsociety a chance to correct the fraud that they acted upon me so I, on several occasions asked them for a refund. I asked them for there address and phone number, there response "All communications are made by Email". I asked them a refund for the third time and after all their scripted responses this is what I get "Because this seems to be a special case, we would like to offer the best we can do as for the refund" and "However, in this case, we can do something special. We will waive the penality fee but there is nothing we can do about the $12 of the admistration fee". This was unacceptable for me and i told them so. I have yet to hear from them till this day. And by the way, they nevere refunded anything. Seein as to how I was getting the run around from this company, I wrote my bank. I explained the situation to them and sent them all correspondence involving downloadsociety and they were more than happy to reverse the charges. So my advise to all who have been duped by these fraudulent download sites is email them and ask for a refund, let them tell you what you paid for(as in my original report), save your emails and use them as ammunition when you request a refund from your bank.
