Diamond Kitchen And Bath Cheap Oak Cabinets Cabinets are NOT oak, doors only. Marv is a VERY deceptive salesman. Go over your contract with a FINE tooth comb. Get an ITEMIZED bill. Glendale Arizona
Diamond Kitchn And Bath advertises "cheap oak cabinets." The cabinets are not oak as Marv told me they were. They are made of wood veneers. Only the doors are made of oak.
Marv will not give you an itemized list becuase what he tells you he is ordering is not what he actually orders.
You better know the order numbers and codes for specific colors and cabinet sizes because, again, what you THINK you have ordered and what Marv tells you that you have ordered is not always the same.
The cabinets consist of very poor craftsmanship. A person is supposed to be able to move the shelves inside the cabinets. I am unable to move ANY of the shelves in ALL the cabinets as NONE of the other holes line up.
Very few of the doors on the cabinets lined up as well. The installer couldn't even line them up.
$10,000 of "cheap" cabinets. pffft!

I would start off apologizing for your experience at Diamond Kitchen and Bath. We have been in business for over 25 years, have an A+ rating with the BBB and the same with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I can assure you that we are always doing our best to make sure our customers are happy and that there are no misunderstandings about the quality and type of product they are receiving. Almost all cabinetry made in the United States now has solid wood fronts, and most have particle board sides, shelves and bottoms. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding.
