#1 Consumer Comment Buyer beware AUTHOR: Tony - (United States) SUBMITTED: Monday, April 16, 2018 David Giuffrida and his brother Frank along with brother in law Patrick Lund are the consummate scam artists. Along with the comments previously posted, the Giuffrida family is a network of thieves, unlicensed contractors, liars cheats con artists and convicted class a felons.
They have moved on to flipping and selling real estate under the business title Equitable Real Properties LLC and Gold Key Properties, run out if brother Franks property located at 401 canal road. They are a well oiled group of scam artists and crooks” I’m amazed they have slipped through the cracks of the justice system as they continue with their illicit behavior. The comment that David hired prostiutes and did drugs is true. Whatever rebuttal they post are all lies .
