I ordered some of their products online and paid with bitcoin. I sent the an email stating that payment was made and sent them the order number I was given by them. After 30 different emails back and forth with one of the meanest, most sarcastic and obnoxious people I have ever come across. They decided that they were not going to send me the product I had paid for. The reasoning behind it was that they needed proof/confirmation that I sent them the bitcoin. I sent them screen shots and copies of the confirmation from Coinbase, the Company I deal with that sells me the bitcoin and who I have dealt with for the past 5 years. All the proof and confirmations were sent to them and their excuse was that they cannot see the attachments that were sent to them. So I copied and pasted, but they never sent it and i lost my money. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!! FAIR WARNING.

 Fisrt of all they are lying to save themselves from being humiliated, but now they messed with the wrong guy. Now I will post all over social media about how you people are such liars. How can you not know you received payment from me if all of it is recorded. I make a purchase then you folks send me a code that is then put into my Coinbase account and then I send it to that code. The code you send gets copied and pasted on my coinbase acct. Once you receive the money I get an email saying you recieved it. I sent you copies of the email and also forward that same email to you and you still figured you wanted to steal my money. I promise you this........I will backlash you guys all throughout social media just for lying. You know you recieved my money or else we would not have been going back and forth about 30 times through email. If you did not have the product, you should have just said that and I would have been ok with it and told you to send it when you could. Instead you send some nasty lady to email me back and tell me to figure it out myself. YOU SIR ARE A COWARD AND A LIAR. You couldn't handle this on your own and had to send a girl to fight your customer service battle. You know what you did and you refused to fix it. So dont sit there and say that this could not be fixed because of an attachment I sent you, you sound Ignorant and should not be in business!!!

This is a rebuttal on the guy who stated he paid & after multiple emails etc etc...

First of all we get guys claiming they 'paid' all the time.

Second if a guys states he pays, and we have no evidence of payment, we require evidence and not in the form of attachements due to bad guys sending viriuses thru attachements-that is a true life expereince, not made up to avoid the issues-we made this clear to him.

The guy refused to send proof after we asked three times, all he would do is swear at us and kept sending attachements and what anyone do? just send products on a false claims? trust him that the attachements are clean?

And we do not engage in multiple back & forth emails as he claimed as we do not have the time to play out these make believe dramas.
