Well, I decided to buy a copy of the 1967 "Face to Face" Spaghetti Western film by Sergio Sollima.  I have been looking around for a version that is both uncut and in the English language.  Low and behold, I find out that an online store named Cultcine has an uncut, English language "Face to Face" for sale on their site. 

I placed an order for this title on 6/8/13.  It is now 6/19/13, and I have not received any status updates about this order.  I didn't even recieve an email stating an order was placed, after payment (like most sites do..).  

This site makes you create an account before placing an order.  My account currently only says "processing" under status and nothing more.  I have already submitted two messages through the site's "Contact Us" portal to ask about the order's status and potential delivery date, to which I have received no response.

I even sent Cultcine a direct email, resulting in (Drum Roll).....No Response!  I have checked my inbox and junk mail, and haven't found any messages from Cultcine in my email.  So, it can be said that my inquires have been getting ignored so far.

To whom ever it may concern at Cultcine:  Please respond to me about my order!  I did my side of the deal and gave you my money.  Now please give me what I ordered!

And Cultcine here's a tip:  Learn to answer your emails if you want to have customers in the future.  Hope to hear from you soon...Hopefully.

Hello,

I'm sorry that you believe I am "a fraud". I am not a fraud. I have never stolen anyone's money or simply not sent their products.

I was, when this report was made, having issues with shipping. This has been resolved.

If you placed an order and have not received your DVDs, please let me know. I'd appreciate the opportunity to make it right with you. As far as I know, all customers should have received their DVDs (based on tracking information). If this is not the case, I want to make it right.

I looked back through my emails since I realized this was posted on the 19th. I received an email from you on the 17th which, regretfully, was overlooked and slipped my notice.

I believe that your spam folder may be grabbing all of my emails, because my shopping cart system automatically sends out emails when your order has been placed and when your order has shipped. I would definitely recommend checking it, and you should find the invoice and shipping notification. Or maybe you used a different email address when you placed your order?

Your order shipped out earlier this month, and should be arriving soon.

If it does not arrive by the end of this week, I would be happy to reship your order to you. You'll need to add my email, [email protected] to your contact list so that my responses to you don't get bounced, and I'll need to have you verify your mailing address.
