I've been a Cox Homelife subscriber for 8 years and today I found out that they no longer offer CVR playback for my security cameras on their web portal unless I'm using a smartphone app. I am a disabled shut in and cannot afford additional expenses.
I informed Cox Homelife 8 years ago that I did not own a smartphone and would not be using that app. I spoke with a customer service rep. who informed me that notices were sent out informing customers about the changes that have left my security cameras useless however, I received no such communcation from them.
