In july i received a notice for a credit card for $249.00 with the option to cancel as long as i called before 72 hours before the draft date. I was assured this was not a scam. I didnt have the money and the draft date was Aug. 26. I tried to cancel and they told me all i could do was move the draft date to the next month which was Sept. 23. Well i still didnt have the money so i called to cancel for good this time and they wouldnt so they moved the draft date to Oct. 21. Each time i called i was told that i would get a confirmation call and when i didnt receive on i called them back.

Everything was going ok and then I called again on the 11th of Oct and again on the 18th of Oct and was told---assured that my account would not be drafted on the the 21 and it was. Now my account is $350 in the hole I have a car payment due and rent due this week and i dont know what im going to do beside call them monday the 28th before i go to work and again at my lunch hour. When they didnt cancel i should of know that this was a scam but they assured my that my account would not be drafted and i would not need to hassle with them anymore but i cant have this and the overdraft fees that they have cost me.

I don't exactly know if they are in Newark. All I have is a 1800# which is 621-4905. I should of known better but even though i did get financed to get a car in march i still couldn't get a credit card without a deposit. But stupid me i guess $249. is a deposit and when i call every month for 3 months and all they would do is extend the draft date I also should of known something was funny. I need this money back desparately so I can get my bills paid and i need it now and not 60 days down the road.Likd I said I will be calling them early monday morning but I just am afraid it is not going to do me any good because i'm just a little person and they could care less whether my bills get paid or my kids get fed.
