I too worked for this company and they indeed are false with what they tell clients and with the way they charge people is ridiculous. one person charged someone several thousand dollars just because he could get them to agree to it. some of the things this place does can benefit the clients but not with the way tom graham has run the company they lie about the refund policies they are told if they don't show the savings they would be refunded no questions asked. the people had to basically beg for their money back and then had to wait months and months at a time this company has taken advantage of elderly people all the time people that dont need the program or would not benefit from them. this company has also caused peoples accounts to get closed down by using a more honest approach by submitting power of attorney forms with out researching the results of this actions many consumers have lost valuable accounts and had suffered damaged scores because of it. there are a lot more i could tell you but ill just give ya what you need to know. JUST HANG UP IF THEY CALL YOU and if you are already suckered into membership don't fall for the NO REFUND policy this is illegal, simply call your credit card company and charge back. they will be more then happy to resolve this issue with you at that point. DO NOT SETTLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND demand all of your money back, and the key to get this tell them you are calling the BBB which they are not a member of any longer and mention that you are going to call the State Attorney General office with that said. Good Luck
