I bought furntiture from CONN"S never missed a payment and it was 0 interest. I then called for a payoff and was told information that was incorrect so went over my payments and thier records. It appeared that my homeowners Insurance was not included in this even though it was given to them 2 times.. So I was resubmitted and was told it might take a while to process so I was worried about the payoff and interest and was told no worries.. That the interest would only be on my balance.

I called again and still not applied and was told someone would get in touch with me.Have waited 3 weeks so again I initialed the call and now they are telling me I owe and additional 1300.00 because the contract has been broken and everyone I talk to in in Central AMerica. I can not get through to anyone here in the States and no one can help me. They are charging me an additional 1300.00 for thier delays thus collecting tens of thousands of $$$ from Customers feloniously.
