NEW Lennox purchased through Costco within days of use unit failed!!  Heat stopped working and CRITCICAL ERROR MESSAGE read on digital thermostat all this within first days of use! Side note:   I am the home owner and provided clear & concise instructions to multiple employees and managers that I am the contact for information/problems update and TENANT name & number provided contacted for scheduling service - Afterall, they live in the home, common sense at this point you would think.

The technician - Fred came out and could not identify the problem but told my tenant if the issue happens again to 'flip the circuit breaker leave off for 10 minutes the flip back on".  This is absurd.  I called for a Manager & spoke with Chris Stelling who said Fred, the technician at the time was not their best and a more senior technician would be coming out the 2nd time since the issues continued. That 2nd tech never happened instead a part was ordered.  I spoke with Paul Guerro who stated he showed no record of heat failure just the critical error read on the thermostat but assured me that 'the part' will take care of the issue.  How was this 'part' the solution if they have not addressed nor documented heat was not working????  No clear answer provided. 

Meanwhile they told me the part arrived on the 15th (same day I spoke with Paul - Paul is an install manager yet failed to mention this part was in -- it took 4 days for this to then be installed because they failed to call tenant to schedule as instructed 3 times to 3 different managers.  This company is untrustworthy & INCOMPETENT!!  Mark Steinberg, yet another manager, agreed with all counts of issues & offered $175 service which I replied what do you show as my warranty - Lennox parts 10 years and 2 years service - I SIGNED FOR 5 YEAR SERVICE PLAN!!  I have contacted COSTCO and BBB.  CONSUMERS BEWARE this is a deceptive business and riddled with management issues!!!!!  INCOMPETENT!!!!
