To Whom it may concern; It is quite unfortumate that those who are complaining DO NOT follow up! It leaves everyone with unfair representation of what actually happened. There is always two sides to the story. First and foremost, Japul DID NOT purchase a Salvaged vehicle. Both title and Carfax showed NO Title problem or accident history. When Japul first received the car, he called to say how much he loved the Corvette, and thanked my salesman Paul Martin extensively. Afew weeks later he called and stated the car was wrecked because the rear wheel was offset from the other side. My salesman Paul Martin told him we could do two things. 1. We could give him a full credit towards another vehicle. 2. Have the car fixed and Cn'V will pay for the repair. He said he liked the car and took it to his local Chevy dealer for an estimate and repair. (Another 3 weeks passed). Apparently someone hit a curb with the rear wheel $864.00 to repair. Which may have happened after purchase??? We spoke with the Chevy dealer and promptly paid for the entire repair by company credit card. My problem with this site is this ridiculous posting has been up for 10 months, with no rebuttal, it was brought to my attention. "WHO'S RIPPING OFF WHO?

To Whom It May Concern: I worked for Cnv-Corvettes for around ten days. One of the items I was asked to do when hired by the Owner Pete Ciadella was to be a sponsor for the Desert Corvette Association up and coming Show to be held at a locale dealership. While attending the first and only meeting, I found out many Corvette owners in this club are aware of Cnv-Corvette alleged history of poor corvettes, unpleasant customer relations and various other items which they were all fast to tell me. The club members were quick to tell me that they, some 300 members would rather say "Never" than to set foot into CnV-Corvettes for a purchase. While an employee, each and everyday, I was reminded of how many cars were in conditions that if a customer bought them, that there was not enough profit to fix they're problems. One such corvette was a 1995 White Corvette that I sold to Mike Pinkston of Gilbert, AZ. Mike and I on the test drive found that the "LPTWS" Dash light was continuously illuminated. It was a condition of sale to have this fixed. Instead of fixing the sensor correctly and giving the owner a working Low Pressure Tire Warning System, the decision was made by the someone responsible for all expenditures that no money would be spent to fix the Corvette. Management did however tell me that they decided to "Burn the Sensor light out in the dash" if the system ever tries to warn the owner Mike Pinkston of the lack of tire pressure, the light in the dash is burnt out and will not illuminate until replaced. This was not disclosed to the owner and I was told to keep my mouth shut. This is a case that can be verified. I have several other incidents which I am going to file with the Attorney General under the Consumer Fraud Laws of Arizona. I have been threaten by Mike Smith, a 20 years employee of Pete Ciadella, by a phone call which he stated "Just a word of Caution, Pete, is capable of anything and I would not say another word about anything you saw, witnessed or have evidence to with reguards to Cnv-Corvette" Well, I may not personally be able to do anything but I will file with the Attorney General in Arizona and be a state's witness under oath for any action which may seem appropiate by the State Attorney General. Consumer Fraud hurts us all, damages our State and makes us distrust others. Sincernly, Ex-employee of CnV-Corvettes!
