I worked for them and they never paid me, I also tried to work one other time but their credit card didn't go through for me... I was never reimbursed for child care to show up, although being good natured I didn't report it. I have sent two e-mails and still nothing, no response, no money.

We utilize the services of up to 500 people every week-end. We always pay people once they have completed their jobs. They need to submit an inventory report complete with a managers signature and store stamp to validify that they did their job. It is obvious that we did not receive any proof of job completition from this person. I am not aware of a situation where we did not pay a person for the job that they did. This person is an independent contractor, she/he can accept the jobs they want and are not required to work a minimum # of days. I would be more than happy to resolve this issue, but I am disappointed that someone would submit a complaint without doing the necessary reporting or even the required work on their end. We cannot pay someone if they did not do their job. Please contact me directly so that I can have the specifics of this job. We do not use credit cards. Some companies that we work with have a "debit card" system. It is a new "state of the art" system for this industry. We do not have any control over this. There have been problems with the cards being activated properly. A phone call to our office would have answered any questions this person would have had. We are a very reputable company. We have been in business for 20 years. We would not be in business this long if we didn't take care of the people that work for and with us. I would like to know specifics of who this person is and the job they felt they should have been paid for so that we can get this issue resolved.
