City Of Garland - Extortion From Engineering Dept. City sends letter of Extortion for land easement, damages, and W-9 for vendor fees Garland Texas
Extortion Letter from City of Garland. Yes believe it! Christmas eve, the city dropped a tree on my car where they were clearing out the creek to builld a drain ditch behind my house. I was sent a registered letter stating:
They agreed to pay for the damages to my car IF I sign over my land for additional easement, which they have already chopped the trees and cleared without my permission. Also I am forced to sign a vendor application, my ss and W-9 so I will PAY TAXES on the reimbursement for the damages to the car! The letter as quoted:
"The city will pay $2200 to make repairs to the ..Focus.
This payment is contingent upon signing the enclosed Drainage and Utility easement, and the Vendor Applications is required..The W-9 provided by the IRS." " This reimbursement is contigent upon the City's reciept of the ..Drainage Easement ..once signed the city will issue a ck for the car damages."
Note the land is additional "easement"/change of deed beyond what they already rights to, they have chopped down all the 100 yr old trees, even those marked as save, asked me NOT to file any reports - for fear that the workers will have to show SS#s. $10 payment for the Creek and trees gone.
Dont move to Garland- where a very large "small" town is corrupt.
