I purchased Networm Magic Pro 5.1 on April 5, 2009. Order Number: 125893.

The install was easy. Within 90 days I experienced (2) major problems with software glitches. I have complete technical support e-mail communication which I will forward to anyone who inquires. I can prove everything I am saying.

1) Updates crashed my network which disabled my internet on all computers

2) Uninstall and then reinstall would not activate

3) False warning pop ups informing me that my network connection was off

line when I in fact had internet.

4) Impossible to speak with technical support. Placed on hold for a half hour

and nothing.

Go on Google and search for problems with Network Magic and you will see for yourself the problems with this software.

Before you buy this product you need to ask yourself an important question:

Since they clearly cannot maintain there own sofware, which search info will verify, how will they support and maintain your wireless network with a reliable and stable product?

They can't. Don't buy this product. If you want to dispute this, do the search like I suggest on Google and request my e-mail communications with Pure Networks and you will see the nightmares.

If you still don't believe me, go ahead and buy it and see. I am running my D-Link DIR 655 Wireless Extreme router without Network Magic and my network perform flawlessly now.
