What did you hope to accomplish by having them repo the car? Do you actually think that is going to hurt them and not hurt you? Do you know what you did to your credit?
Never, ever give anybody access to your bank account.
So annoyed with it wall

I had fallen behind a some payments and was working with them to get it all straightened out. I had called and spoke to representative and gave her the exact dates that the money will be in the account and when to post the checks. The first one came out fine, but the second one came out 3 days early. I have called and complained because the transactions overdrew my account and because of the attempts to clear the debt has been pushed further ahead. Not only did overdraw my account for that one transaction when the other arrangements went to be paid those were sent back to because my account was overdrawn from Western Union trying to take the money out of the account, as well as their fees. The claim that they have record of the conversation showing their representative was wrong, but they will not removed the bounced checks off my account and they want to me jump through hoops to get the fees that occurred at my bank because of this transaction. They won't remove the bounce check fees off of my account because it was clearly their agents fault for not listening. And if anyone know about Bank of America you know their fees are terrible. I tried to to make up for what their agent did and jumped through every hoop they made me jump, and apparently that was enough... because I a still behind and when I tried to set up arrangements to clear the situation...I was told it was too late and that the vehicle is in repossession status.
