Order placed for birthday gift(mine). Package sent to wrong address which I had to track down and retrieve myself.

Three of the items were broken/did not work AND the items were not as described on their website. I immediately insured and returned the package with reasoning for return, which they requested.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is what they claim. They advertise refunds EVEN for shipping if item does not meet expectation. When you falsely advertise an item how could you possibly expect to meet the consumers expectation???

Never a word back from them. No Credit....No Shipping Refund....No acknowledgement of package nor our emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!

UPS had delivered the package to the wrong address. We tracked it and Kim offered to pick it up herself, as it was a gift from her friend, and the place was not far from her. We refunded shipping charges, and then refunded the buyer for some products that they returned. Products were not falsly advertised. Customer was just not happy with the product. Everything was taken care of due to a shipping mistake.
