Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I contacted this Company in the middle of September because of a problem with my IMAC. Gary Singh picked up my computer plus two thumb drives.  One was in an unopened package.  The other had important data on it.  I asked Mr, Sing to retrieve a disc that I could not remove from my IMAC.  He asked and received a check for 69.00 dollars. Then my problems began.

It was almost impossible to reach Mr. Singh on the phone, despite many attempts.  After one week he finally agreed to return my computer.  He informed me that (1) there was no disc in the Computer and (2) to retrieve my data would cost me several hundred dollars.  I said I was not interested, and requested that he return my computer plus the two thumb drives. Another long week passed without my computer.  I did not dare put a stop payment on the check for fear that I would never see my computer again.

Many emails went unanswered.  Finally two weeks later, Mr. Singh deposited my computer at my front door.  He has not returned the two thumb drives nor the disc that was in the computer and was the reason for my origianl call to his company.

More emails were sent, and finally he sent me an email informing me that the thumb drives would be sent and sent a USPS tracking number.  However the tracking number was solely to indicate that there was an intent to mail something to me. Repeated phone calls were of no use. Emails were of no use. As of today October 28, 2015 I have not received either my thumb drives of the disc that was inside of the computer.

Upon inspection of the front of the IMAC computer it was obvious that it had been opened because of a piece of tape that had been left on the front.  I took the computer to the Apple Store in Towson, and the amazing Ms. DuPHiliy was able to repair my computer. She also informed me that whoever had opened the computer had not put it together properly.

Such a Company should not be permitted to do business. Mr. Singh is nothing more than a common thief and he clearly trades on the hopes that people will not understand what has been done or not done to their computers.

I think although I cannot prove it, that all of the glowing reviews on the website of Cheapest Computer Fix are phony and that this Company is bogus in every way.

I want to warn others to stay far away from this Company and to avoid at all costs any dealings with them.

Finally Cheapest Computer Fix is not licencesed to do business in the State of Maryland. This whole episode was both upsetting and ugly in every possible way.

Stay far away from Mr. Singh and his so called Cheaoest Computer Fix company or you may end up with a computer that is destroyed.
