DEAR FELLOW CITIZENS, YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT A SCAM THAT IS GOING ON IN THE CITY OF GARLAND. IT IS AN AUTO REPAIR SCAM. THIS IS THE NAME THAT YOU MUST REMEMBER, "CHARLIE REEVES", "CHARLIE REEVES", "CHARLIE REEVES", "CHARLIE REEVES", "CHARLIE REEVES" AND "STACIA SMITH", "STACIA SMITH", "STACIA SMITH".YOU MAY NEVER SEE CHARLIE REEVES, IT APPEARS THAT HE DOESN'T WANT ANYONE TO SEE HIM, MOST SCAMMERS DON'T.
I AM PUBLICLY CALLING "CHARLIE REEVES" & "STACIA SMITH" AT UNIQUE AUTO REPAIR AT 1021 LAVON DRIVE IN GARLAND, TX. "SCAMMERS". I AM SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE THEY SCAMMED ME, SO THEY ARE "SCAMMERS". BUT DON'T YOU GET TAKEN LIKE I DID. I TOOK MY CAR THERE ON OCT. 1, 2009, THEY HELD MY CAR, THEY KEPT SAYING WE ARE WORKING ON IT. GUESS WHEN I WENT THERE WITH THE POLICE TO GET MY CAR BACK ON OCT. 27, 2009. I NEEDED A REBUILT OR USED TRANSMISSION, THEY DID NEIGHTER. I COULD BARELY DRIVE IT AWAY WHEN THE POLICE MADE THEM GIVE IT TO ME. I HAD TO DRIVE IT DIRECTLY TO ANOTHER TRANSMISSION PLACE, THIS TIME I DID MY HOMEWORK ON THE NEXT AUTO PLACE. THEY DID NOT FIX MY CAR AND KEPT MY MONEY, $800.00.
PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO SUE TO GET YOUR CAR BACK, BY THE WAY THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO SUED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THAT STACIA SMITH STILL DID NOT GIVE THEM THEIR CAR BACK SHE GAVE THEM THE RUN AROUND. THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMS GOING ON ALL OVER THE WORLD, BUT I WANT TO HELP SAVE YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW THE HEARTACHE AND PAIN OF THEM TAKING YOUR VEHICLE. IT'S TRUE MY FELLOW CITIZENS THAT IS WHY I WANT TO TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE, SO PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. I KNOW THAT IN THESE BAD TIMES, WE ALL NEED OUR VEHICLE, SINCE WE TOOK IT SOMEWHERE TO GET FIXED. IT HAS HAPPENED TO OTHERS. People will do and say anything not to pay their bills. This is such hogwash! This person who doesn't even have the courage to say who they are, lost in court. The judge saw that they were lying about everything! If their car was not running, then how were they able to get back and forth to sit outside and try and picket the company. Ha! they claimed to the judge that they lost out on a job because they couldn't get to the job! Ha again, if you can go and picket you can get to your job interview, that is if you want to really work! This person would rather go thru trash bins to find things to turn around and sell to people, or would rather steel from the goodwill bins and then sell it to people.
I've never understood how u can put a car in the shop, without money or a job to pay for it. What, if you took your car to Ford you would have to pay for it when it was finished. In fact every repair shop states that if your car is not paid for within three days after it is finished, there is an express mechanic lien put on your car. Also this person put most of the reports on this by just going in and putting one after the other. I hope that they have learned a valuable lesson about trying to sue someone when they are in the wrong. Every effort was made to help this person. Some people just want attention and to try to sue to get something for nothing. In this business you can't please everyone, and so that's the nature of it, but there are a lot of people who like the shop and are satisfied with their results.
