Customer service representatives consistently provide incorrect information. First claim that I submitted via upload on July 26, 2018 was not processed according to law. It was received five days prior to copy that was incorrectly submitted by my dentist. Filed formal complaint with Georgia State Insurance Commission which is still outstanding - no response received fro Manhattan to my rebuttal of September 13, 2018. In the meantime I filed three claims for vision reimbursement on October 2, 4, and 18.
To date the first and third claims have not been processed. The second claim submitted was denied indicating services are not covered. My policy clearly indicates glasses and contact lenses are covered after first six months. This policy has been in effective over a year. In addition, all past copies of EOB processed have been deleted from online access. Appears to be fraudulent action. Their apologies for inefficient service is of no value.
