Celect (Site by Celect) offers fraudulous and misleading website design services and hosting packages to fraternal organizations and schools across the United States. They are based out of Memphis Tennessee
Our previous website was designed and hosted through Celect, a fraudulous business that offers various website hosting and design services to campus and university greek organizations. After designing and creating a new website, the old site and the servers remained in their complete control. After numerous attempts to contact them via email, phone, and letter to resolve this, not once was there a response.
Furthermore, I was unable remove our old website, due to the fact that Celect had complete control of the site. As a result, I am concerned and disgusted by their imcompetance and misleading business services and do NOT recommend that they be utilized for such services. Their phone number is also fraudulent. The number will either disconnect once dialed, or a recording with various different messages will be heard, at which time you will likely be disconnected.
