CCA First National Card ripoff , rude people and tried to get info, scammers Las Vegas Nevada
Hi there-
I recieved a letter in the mail today from First National Card, stating that they had "sent me out a package with 1 free year membership with CCS specified under the terms of the class action settlement in bank v. capital credit alliance,inc, ect al".
imagine my suprise when i had no idea who this company was. They stated that the card they had sent had a bad expiration date and this was the reason for a new one, they realized after the cards were mailed the dates were wrong. When I called the number on the back of the card (18006421760) different from the number on the letter; all i got was rude attitude and the complete run around. The lady said i needed to verify who i was by using my SS# or my checking account #. When i refused the lady said she was not authorised to give me anymore information and hung up on me. please help me !
