Cash Net Express I am getting threatening phone calls about payday loan that I never got with company. Cashnetexpress.com Internet
About two weeks ago I started getting threatening calls from a representative named John with this company that had my social security # stating I needed to meet him at the local courthouse in my city and state concerning a payday loan I had gotten through this company. I never have gotten any loan from this company and told him to quit calling my job. He continued to call job until I told him that I was going to file a contempt of court charge against him since I am in bankruptcy proceedings. He hung up phone and has not not called job again. Today I received a call from another gentleman from a wireless # 9419618518 with an accent stating the same things John said weeks prior. I told him the same things I had told John and he continued to state I needed to meet him at local court house but could not tell me which court house in my city it was. I hung up on him and when I attempted to call the wireless # back within 10 minutes a message from verizon stated the # had been disconnected and was no longer in service. I have never gotten a payday loan from this company. It bothers me that all of my sensitive information is readily out there for these type of people to attempt to scam me. Am I the only one with this issue with this bogus company?
