I took out a payday loan in December 2007 because my husband and I got stupid and spent too much on Christmas shopping. I gave Cash Dirext Express my correct paydates, which for December were a little funky because my job would be closed on December 31 and unable to pay us until January 15. So their reps said we could debit your account again after December 21, 2007 on January 14, 2008. I fugured- fine, it's only one day until payday.

Come January 4, Cash Dirext Express debited my account ten days prematurely. When they refused to rescind the debit, I reported this as a fradulent debit due to its prematurity to my bank. The debit was reversed.

Those sharks sure didn't waste any time referring me to their colelction agency, PD Recoveries. Anna especially is a b***h on wheels. They began to make random debits to my account, one in the amounf of 320 dollars, and one on January 17 for 160 dollars. Now they have left me unable to even get my husband a birthday present!

My husband has stopped his direct deposit and I am in the process of stopping mine so we can close this account and end PD Recoveries ability to drain our account with their damned random debits. Let them try to debit from a closed account!

Those scumbags also threatened to sue me, but I told them good luck- the state of NY won't even entertain a lawsuit from them!

Now this account is in the hands of a group called Alliance Asset, which is a bottom feeder collection agency that has over THREE HUNDRED complaints against them on this site alone. Their telephone number, as it came up on my caller ID, is (630)760-1110. They were demanding payment in full from my bank account when I asked for a payment address to send it to, claiming "We don't do that." Well guess what? I AM NOT UNWILLING TO PAY. I just will not supply my bank information to you since you and your client, Cash Direct Express, have already proven in spades that you can't be trusted. They are not even licensed in the city of New Yorkl by the Department of Consumer Affairs, so technically, they are not even allowed to contact me or do business with me, much less verbally abuse me or accuse me of playing games as they did this morning.
