Carole simmons most disappointing in the cell phone policy of LG... twice sent for repair twice came back unprepared... they want it back again, asked what happens if it still does not worker answer was you have to keep sending it back... i do not call that any type of customer service, from a company that i once trusted not an LG fan anymore
Most disappointed in the policy of LG repair center.... sent my LG4 for repair came back unrpaired... sent back again came back to me again totally unrepaired... seems they do not check repairs before returning to customers.... called and they want it back again... asked what happenes if it doesnt work again, they said only thing i can do is keep sending it back..... now i find this the worst customer service because they are not checking product before sending back... SHAME ON YOU LG, WHO I USED TO TRUST.
