Here is an email I sent to Carnival and their response was $175 on board cruise credit and 15% off my next cruise. Horrible customer service...

We are de boarding the freedom shortly! We are first time cruisers and had a horrible experience with our room. The temperature was 78.7 to 80.8 degrees with a technician checking it. Spoke to Guest services many times they acted like they were trying it was lip service the whole time. I was lied to several times. I spoke to guest services supervisor he told me it would be fixed. We we went on an excursion and we came back and tech

was in the room when we arrived.

Room was between 78.7 and 80.8 between Saturday night and Thursday night ! We couldn’t relax in our room during the day cause it was so hot! We got a fan cause of my fiancé medical condition which by law you shouldn’t have asked due to HIPPA rules in the states. We were compensated a meal which to me is slap to the face. I have over 2000 friends on facebook i’ve let them know how miserable our experience was.

 I paid for an air conditioned room I expected it, I did not get it until the last two nights of the cruise. They could have fixed this problem with a new room. I worked my rear off to be able to pay for this and it was not a cheap vacation. We got the drink package which added to the cost. I am extremely agitated cause of the lying of Kristop the customer service manager, Gabriel the night time customer service representative.
